外源水杨酸对谷子烯草酮胁迫的缓解效应 被引量:2

摘要 为了明确外源水杨酸对谷子幼苗耐烯草酮的作用,在大田条件下,采用随机区组的设计方法,通过SA叶面喷施的方法研究了烯草酮胁迫下谷子幼苗对外源SA的生理响应。结果表明,外源SA不同程度促进了烯草酮胁迫下谷子叶片叶绿素总量及叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量,最高可分别使其含量提高2.5%,2.4%,2.9%,4.5%。SA处理提高了烯草酮胁迫下谷子叶片SOD和POD活性,分别提高24.3%,19.4%,并与烯草酮胁迫处理差异显著。SA处理能够改善0~0.5 mL/L烯草酮胁迫下谷子幼苗叶片的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率,缓解烯草酮对谷子幼苗生长的抑制作用。表明外源SA可以通过提高植株抗氧化能力,保护光合色素,一定程度上减轻烯草酮对谷子幼苗的伤害。 In this paper the effects of exogenous salicylic acid(SA) on the tolerance of foxtail millet to clethodim was investigated by the randomized block design methods based on field experiment.The physiological responses of foxtail millet on clethodim stress after exogenous SA spraying were studied.The results showed that chlorophyll,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid maximumly increased by 2.5%,2.4%,2.9% and 4.5%,when foxtail millet was sprayed with exogenous SA.When foxtail millet was sprayed with exogenous SA,the activity of SOD and POD increased significantly by 24.3% and 19.4% compared with that treated with clethodim.SA could improve photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) of foxtail millet on 0~0.5 mL/L clethodim stress,and alleviated inhibitory effect of clethodim to foxtail millet.The data gained from this study showed that SA could relieve clethodim stress to foxtail millet through enhancing antioxidation ability and protecting photosynthetic pigments.
