摘要
目的:观察刮痧疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用刮痧疗法治疗20例围绝经期综合征女性患者,刮拭督脉和足太阳膀胱经背部循行部位,重点刮拭五脏背俞穴及阿是穴。采用改良Kupperman评分法,观察患者治疗前后临床症状的变化,进行疗效评价。结果:20例患者,痊愈3例,显效6例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为90.0%。Kupperman总评分治疗后(10.4±7.5)较治疗前(25.0±5.3)明显降低(P<0.001),其中以潮热汗出、失眠、乏力、感觉异常、焦虑/易激动、性欲减退、泌尿系感染、耳鸣、眩晕、记忆力减退、头痛症状改善显著(P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论:刮痧疗法治疗围绝经期综合征有较好的疗效,可明显改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of scraping therapy on perimenopausal syndrome.Methods Twenty women with perimenopausal syndrome were treated with scraping therapy and the dorsal course of the Governor Vessell and the Urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang were scraped,especially on the Back-shu points and Ashi points.The clinical symptoms were observed and compared with a modified Kupperman score before and after treatment.Results In all the 20 patients,3 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.0%.The Kupperman total score after treatment of（10.4±7.5） was significantly lower than the score before treatment of（25.0±5.3）（P0.001）,in which,hot flushes and sweating,insomnia,fatigue,paresthesia,anxiety/irritability,hypaphrodisia,urinary system infection,tinnitus,dizziness,memory deterioration and headache were eased significantly（P0.001,P0.05）.Conclusion The scraping therapy has a good clinical effect on perimenopausal syndrome and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
