神经干细胞定向诱导分化的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSC)具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,从胚胎和成年哺乳动物脑内均可分离获得。NSC的增殖与分化受基因、细胞因子、局部微环境等诸多因素的调节。对NSC增殖与分化机制的研究将促进干细胞移植应用于中枢神经系统疾病的治疗。本文就NSC分化的影响因素及调控机制做一综述。
