摘要
针对目前激光-MIG复合焊的缺点,设计了一种基于视觉控制的激光-MIG复合焊焊缝跟踪系统,研究了基于图像处理的激光视觉技术,对焊缝进行直线/圆弧拟合,利用插补算法对焊缝进行仿真跟踪。实验结果表明:图像经过滤波、细化可以得到清晰的结构光骨架,利用直线/圆弧算法对采样点进行拟合,拟合精度在允许范围以内,通过直线、圆弧插补对焊缝进行仿真跟踪,跟踪精度较高。
A kind of seam tracking system for laser-MIG hybrid welding was designed to improve the defects of laser-MIG hybrid welding equipments. Laser vision technology based on the image processing was studied. Line/arc fitting algorithm was applied to data construction for seam. The simulation tracking of seam was conducted by interpolation algorithm. The results show that the clear skeleton of structured light can be gotten by image filtering and image refining. The fitting accuracy of line/arc fitting is in the scope of allowing. The accuracy of simulation tracking is high based on line interpolation and arc interpolation.
