摘要
随着汽车行业对功能性3D零件需求的日益增长,金属厚板的冲压成形被广泛应用。建立了一个合理的板材冲压成形的有限元模型,并通过对比实验结果和模拟结果进行了验证。基于此模型,分析了金属板流动性和相应的成形力的一些特点。结果可用于金属板冲压成形设计。
With increasing requirement of thnctional 3D parts in automobile industry, sheet metal stamping process was widely used. A reasonable FE model of sheet metal stamping process was established and then validated by comparing the results of simulation and experiment. Based on the reliable model, some characteristics about metal flow behavior and the corresponding fonaaing force were analyzed. The results can be used to the design of sheet metal stamping process.
