摘要
目前循环活性污泥工艺CASS在设计中反应区配比多取自经验值,生物选择区、兼氧区,主反应区体积采用1∶5∶30的较多.为了在北方地区运用提供反应区配比的理论,试验进行了不同反应区配比对CASS工艺影响的研究.在反应区配比分别为1∶5∶30、1∶8∶27、1∶11∶24的情况下,进行了120个周期的观察和分析.结果表明,反应区配比在1∶8∶27的情况下有最好的脱氮除磷效果,总氮的平均出水含量为6.1 mg/L,总磷的平均出水含量为0.46 mg/L.反应区配比在1∶11∶24的情况下处理效果最差,但各项指标仍可以达到一级B标准.
At present the reaction zone ratio of CASS process is taken from the empirical value in design.To provide the theoretical basis of reaction zone ratio to the CASS process used in northern areas,this experiment has selected different reaction zone ratios to influence the study of the CASS process.When the reaction zone ratio was 1∶5∶30,1∶8∶27,1∶11∶24,120 cycles have been observed and analyzed.Tests show that the reaction zone ratio at 1∶8∶27 is the best in the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal,the average total content of effluent nitrogen being 6.1 mg/L and that of effluent phosphorus being 0.46 mg/L.The reaction zone ratio at 1∶11∶24 has the worst processing results,but its index may also achieve a level B standard.
