摘要
“旗”是土家族地区土司制度下的地方管理机构，又是基层军事组织单位。多年来，限于资料，少有论及，本文从“旗”制的名称异同，特征，民族历史中所存留的原始性等诸方面进行讨论。还对“旗”制约的利弊得失及其消亡的原因进行了探讨。
Banner” was the local administration under the System of appointing National Minority heredsitary headsman in Tujia Nationality prefecture,and it was also a basic military unit.For many a year,however,it has not been touched on because of lack of data.The Present paper deals with the differences & similarities of its names,characteristics,primitive culture.Besides,its advantages & disadvantages are discussed,including the cause of its extinction.
