糖基化终末产物受体蛋白和细胞增殖核抗原联合检测评估结肠癌预后

Combined evaluation of receptor for advanced glycation end products and proliferation cell nuclear antigen as prognostic predictor for colon cancer

摘要 目的探讨晚期糖基化终末产物受体蛋白(RAGE)和细胞增殖核抗原(Ki石7)联合评估对结肠癌预后的预测价值。方法检测160例结肠癌标本中RAGE和Ki-67的表达,并分析两者与临床资料及预后的相关性。结果结肠癌组织高表达RAGE和Ki石7;RAGE的表达与肿瘤直径、分化程度、TNM分期和Ki_67的表达密切相关(P〈0.05);Cox多因素回归分析显示,TNM分期[风险比(OR):1.99]、Ki-67(OR=1.68)、RAGE(OR=1.62)、Ki-67和RAGE共表达(OR=2.01)是患者的独立预后因素;RAGE和Ki-67双阴性者生存最佳,双阳性者最短,RAGE或Ki-67的阳性者介乎两者之间。结论RAGE和Ki67联合评估可作为结肠癌预后独立预测指标。 Objective To explore the clinical value of combined evaluation of receptor for ad- vanced glycation end products (RAGE) and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67) for prognosis of co- lon cancer. Methods A total of 160 patients with colon cancer were chosen for detection of the expression of RAGE and Ki-67. Correlations between the expression and clinicopathologic variables were analyzed. Re- suits The expression of RAGE and Ki-67 was upgraded in colon cancer. The expression of RAGE was closely correlated with tumor size, differentiation, TNM stage and Ki-67 (P 〈0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that TNM stage ( OR = 1.99), Ki67 ( OR = 1.68 ), RAGE ( OR = 1.62), and co-expression of RAGE and Ki67 (OR = 2. 01 ) were independent prognostic indicators for survival of patients with colon cancer. Patients negative for both Ki-67 and RAGE had the longest survival, those positive for both Ki-67 and RAGE displayed shortest survival, and those positive for either occupied intermediate. Conclusion Combined evaluation of RAGE and Ki-67 expression is a valuable prognostic marker for patients with colon cancer.
