摘要
我国北方地区冬季时间长、气温低,给混凝土工程质量及施工进度造成很大影响。旨在研制一种新型HLC防冻型复合聚羧酸减水剂,分析各主要组分对其性能的影响,研究其在负温条件下对混凝土抗压强度、抗冻、抗渗等性能的影响,并应用于工程实例。研究结果表明,HLC防冻型复合聚羧酸减水剂具有减水率高、含气量可调、抗冻性能良好等优异性能,适用于高寒地区的冬季混凝土施工工程。
Long time and low temperature of winter caused great influence of concrete engineering quality and construction progress in the vast northern of our country. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new type of HLC antifreezing composite polycarboxylate superplasticizer, analysis the influence of its properties on the main components,and study the influence on compres- sive strength,frost resistance and impermeability of concrete at negative temperature,and apply to the practical engineering. The re- sults show that, HLC antifreezing composite polycarboxylate superplasticizer has high water reducing rate, adjustable air content arid good frost resistance,can be widely used in the winter construction of concrete engineering in the cold regions.
