摘要
针对金属带式无级变速器相对机械式变速器传动效率偏低的问题,使用基于滑移率的金属带夹紧力控制策略进行控制,与传动夹紧力相比,该控制策略降低了夹紧力并保证在任何工况下不打滑,提高了金属带动力传递效率,降低了车辆油耗。从金属带滑移传动机理出发,建立了CVT滑移率动态数学模型,提出了滑移率夹紧力控制策略,并在台架和实车上对基于滑移率夹紧力的控制策略进行了验证,试验表明,基于滑移率的夹紧力控制能提高传动效率8%~10%、降低油耗5.2%。
Compared to mechanical transmission, the efficiency of the metal V--belt type CVT is lower. Using clamping force based on slip control which reduced the clamping force, and no big slip happen was ensured in any conditions, also improved the efficiency of power transfer and reduced the fuel consumption of a vehicle. The tansmission mechanism of metal V--belt type CVT was represen- ted, then CVT slip dynamic mathematic model was established, and put forward slip control strate- gy. The slip rate clamping force control strategy was proved on the bench and in vehicle, the results show that the slip control can improve the transmission efficiency of 8% - 10%, on ECE+ EUDC working circulation fuel consumption reduces 5.2 %.
