摘要
高职外语专业学生的职业价值观直接关系到学生的职业定位和职业发展,是学生职业理想能否实现的基础。在对高职外语专业学生进行职业价值观教育的过程中,学校要调查了解外语专业学生职业价值观教育的状况,正视学生的职业价值观问题,引导其做好职业规划,注重培养良好的职业品格,探索学生职业价值观的分级教育,促进学生形成正确的职业价值观。
Vocational values of students major in foreign language of higher vocational schools have the direct bearing on career orientation and career development of students, meanwhile, it is the base for students to achieve career vision. Within the process of vocational values education for students major in foreign language of higher vocational schools, the schools need to investigate the present situation of vocational values education, face up to the problems in students＇ voca- tional values education, lead students to do well their own career planning, pay attention to cultivate students＇ favorable vocational characters, explore the classification education of vocational values of students major in foreign language, so as to promote students to form correct vocational values.
