摘要
教育的发展离不开评价的导向、诊断和激励作用.根据农村基础教育发展的目标,结合落后地区农村基础教育发展的现实条件和需求,从经济因素、教育因素和社会因素三个维度,构建了落后地区农村基础教育发展水平评价指标体系.最后以新疆为例,运用层次分析法计算各指标的权重,得出教育因素对新疆落后地区基础教育的发展起着决定性的作用.
This paper constructed an evaluation index system of rural basic education development in backward areas from the three dimensions of economic, education and social, which is based on the development goals of basic education in rural areas and combined with the actual conditions and needs of the rural basic education development in backward areas. Finally the analytic hierarchy process was Used to calculate the weight of each indicator in Xinjiang and concluded that educational factors play a decisive role in the development of basic education in backward areas of Xinjiang.
