摘要
目的探讨蜡泪样骨病的X线表现特征及X线对本病的诊断价值。方法回顾分析10例经病理确诊为蜡泪样骨病的患者,采用患侧与对应的正常侧肢体摄片对比分析,总结其X线表现特征。结果蜡泪样骨病患者的增生骨质像蜡烛燃烧融化时蜡油的堆积和流注,也可呈象牙样致密影或/和斑点、泪滴样改变,其X线表现具有典型性。结论 X线检查具有简单、可靠的优点,对蜡泪样骨病诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the value of the X-ray in diagnosis of Peri disease. Methods 10 cases with Peri disease that diagnosed accurately by pathological were retrospective analyzed, to compared the ipsilateral and corresponding normal limb radiography and then summarize these X-ray features. Results The proliferation of candle-liked burningivory liked opacities and/or spots, teardrop--like bone in patients are a typical feature in patients with Peri disease. Conelusion X-ray examination had important significance with the advantages of simple and reliable.
