摘要 针对分层周期注水存在的投捞调配工作量大的问题,开展了注水井层间自动轮换分层周期注水工艺研究,研制出了依靠高温电池供电、单片机控制的井下自动循环开关器,下井前设定好每个循环开关器的自动开关程序,使其在井下按照程序自动开启和关闭,实现分层周期注水。根据需要,还可以通过地面特定时间打"低—高—低"的液压编码,控制井下对应的自动循环开关器开启和关闭,临时改变井下注水层。该技术具有自动控制和液压控制双重功能,不用下入传统的投捞调配测试仪器就可以实现分层周期注水,液压编码只有3位,控制简便,可操作性强。现场试验11口井,自动循环开关器工作正常,达到了预期的目的,在智能分层周期注水方面实现了突破。 In view of current heavy work of running and pulling and allocating in separate and cyclic water injection, the research on technology of automatically shifting inter-layer separate and cyclic water injection in injection wells is conducted, the downhole auto- matic cycle switch which is powered by high temperature battery and controlled by a single-chip is developed. The automatic procedure of each cycle switch is set before running, and the automatic cycle switch automatically turns on and off followed the procedures in the downhole, realizing separate and cyclic water injection. The downhole water injection layer can be temporarily changed as needed by marking "low - high - low" hydraulic pressure code according to specific ground time to control the on and off of the automatic cycle switch. This technology has the dual function of automatic control and hydraulic control, allowing separate and cyclic water injection without the need to trip conventional running and pulling or measuring and allocating instrument. Moreover, the short 3-bit hydraulic code realizes easy control and flexible operability. 11 wells have been finished, making a breakthrough in intelligent separate and cyclic water injection.
