摘要
采用数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对我国3~6岁幼儿2000年、2005年和2010年的体质指标监测数据进行了比较研究,发现2000~2010年我国3~6岁男女幼儿平均身高、坐高、体重、胸围和立定跳远、10米折返跑、双脚连续跳成绩明显上升,走平衡木成绩明显下降,网球掷远成绩略有下降,幼儿身体素质发展不平衡,建议改变幼儿教育中重智轻体、过度保护、运动不足等不合理现象,丰富体育游戏和体育活动内容和种类,增加体育游戏和体育活动的系统性、科学性和趣味性,促进幼儿生长发育和体质健康均衡发展、全面发展。
By using comparison research and mathematical process, the physical fitness testing t^sults of Chinese young children' s physiques in 2010 were compared with those in 2000. It has been shown that the height, sitting height, weight and chest measurement grew obviously and standing long jump, 10 m shuttle run and successive jump with both feet improved obviously; balance beam walk had obvious decline, and tennis throw for distance also decreased. Development imblance of the physiques of Chinese children (about 3 -6 years old) deserved the attention of government and education sectors to improve their flexibility and balance. It was suggested that we change unscientific parental manner such as too much attention on intellectual education but ignoring physical edccation, over - protection in chihlcare but lack of exercise, increase systemic scientific and interesting sport games and sport activities for improving physical quality and fitness of preschoolers.
