摘要
通过结合TLC、UV及三维图谱法,对从竹节参中提取出的总皂苷类化合物进行定性分析。在波长为203 nm的检测条件下,以流动相水(0.5‰磷酸)和乙腈在流速为1.0 mL下梯度洗脱。利用该法,可鉴别竹节参总皂苷,方法简便、快捷。同时为竹节参总皂苷指纹图谱的建立提供充分依据。
TLC、UV and was applied to qualitative analysis of total saponin of Panax japonicus.By using acetonitrile-water(0.5‰H3PO4) as the mobile phase,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1,deterred at 203 nm,washed by gradient elution,the mian saponin can be separated in HPLC.The figure was applied to qualitative analysis,and to provide basis for its HPLC fingerprints.
