摘要
论述了大型风电球墨铸铁件的熔炼方法:选择优质高纯生铁,原材料中S、P及有害元素含量越少越好;采用冲入法进行球化处理,孕育剂必须具有较强的抗衰退能力,并进行2次孕育;通过高温退火热处理保证超标的珠光体转变为全铁素体基体,以满足低温冲击韧性的要求。
The smelting method for large-scale spheroidal graphite iron parts of wind genarating set is dis-cussed. The high quality and high purity pig iron was chosen for the mission. The less S, P and harmful ele-ments contain in the raw material, the better. Tile rush method was adopted for spheroidization. The inoeulant which has excellent antifading capacity should be selected. The experince indicates that twice inoculation pro-cessing should be made. High temperature heat treatment should be employed to ensure the conversion of the o-verproof pearlite into all iron, and meet the requirement of impact-toughness at low temperature.
