苜蓿皂苷的生物学功能及其在养猪生产中的应用

摘要 苜蓿皂苷(Alfalfa Saponins)是从苜蓿中提取的一种生物活性物质,是由糖中羟基或非糖类化合物的羟基以缩醛链(甙链)脱水缩合而成的环状缩醛物,其结构为五环三萜烯类化合物,具有独特的生物学功能。苜蓿皂苷可以降低水溶液表面张力,经强烈振摇后能产生持久性泡沫,似肥皂泡沫,因此得名。
