摘要
在衡南地区田间试验研究了烤烟打顶后喷施,不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)及与根灌2,4-D联合使用,对烤烟上部四片叶产量、质量的影响。结果表明:打顶当天喷施20 mg/kg GA3,且打顶后10 d灌施10 mg/kg 2,4-D对提高烟叶产量,改善烟叶品质效果最为显著;上部四片叶产量比对照提高了5.3 kg/667m2,上等烟比率提高了4.2%,产值提高了124.7元/667m2。两种植物生长调节剂联合施用取得了较好的协调增效结果,对今后的深入研究有一定的启示。
The field experiment was conducted to study the spraying of different concentrations of GA3 and combined application of GA3 and 2,4-D to tobacco leaves after topping on yield and quality of upper four leaves of tobacco. The results indicated that spraying 20 mg/kg of GA3 at the day of topping and irrigating 10 mg/kg of 2,4-D at 10 d after topping can significantly improve yield and quality of tobacco leaves; in comparison with control, the yield of upper four tobacco leaves increased by 79.5 kg/hm2, the superior tobacco ratio enhanced by 4.2%, and the output value improved by 1 870.5 yuan/hm2.
