摘要 目的研究聚焦超声对软组织疼痛的治疗效果。方法共治疗118例患者126个部位,每个部位治疗时间为5min。平均治疗次数8.3±4.3。每次治疗结束即刻进行Visual analogue scale(VAS)评分。结果经过聚焦超声局部治疗后,肩周炎、前臂伸肌和屈肌总腱炎、手指腱鞘炎、脊柱棘上棘间韧带损伤、腰背臀部肌筋膜炎、膝侧副韧带损伤、踝关节韧带损伤、足底及足背筋膜炎治疗前后VAS评分均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。膝骨关节炎治疗前后VAS评分无统计学差异,总体VAS评分由5.5±2.0下降到3.3±2.0。结论聚焦超声治疗软组织疼痛显示较好的疗效,在康复医学、运动医学和临床疼痛治疗上有很好的应用前景。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of focused ultrasound on soft tissue pain. Methods A total of 118 patients with soft tissue pain at 126 sites were treated, 5min for each site. The average number of treatment times was 8.3 ± 4.3. The therapeutic effect was scored according to the visual analogue scale(VAS) at the end of treatment. Results The scores for shoulder adhesive capsulitis, forearm extensor and flexor tendinitis general, finger tenosynovitis, spine interosseous ligament injuries', back hip muscle fasciitis, knee ligament injuries, plantar and dorsum fasciitis on VAS before and after treatment were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P〈0.05). No significant difference was found in scores for knee osteoarthritis on VAS before and after treatment. The total score decreased from 5.5 ±2.0 to 3.3 ± 2.0. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of focused ultrasound on soft tissue pain is rather good. Focused ultrasound has a prominent application prospect in rehabilitation medicine, sports medicine and clinical treatment of pain.
