摘要
目的:为军事卫生装备综合型专业人才的培养提供相应的实践与实验环境。方法:阐明了建设专业化、规范化与科研创新相结合的医学工程实践与实验基地是构建专业化实践教学平台与战时保障力生成平台的需要。以"理论联系实际"的教育思想为指引,围绕设备维修、质量控制、设备管理与科学研究等医学工程任务设置五大功能模块,提出了切实可行的建设方案。结果:该方案有利于培养基础扎实、动手能力强、具有初步科研能力与创新精神的综合专业人才。结论:军事卫生装备实训基地的建设意义重大,应受到足够的重视。
Objective To provide training platform for the comprehensive talents of military medical equipment, Methods With the principle of Theory Integrated with Practice, the scheme for the base was discussed from the aspects of equipment maintenance, quality control, equipment management and scientific research and so on. Results The base could be used to cultivate comprehensive professional personnel with solid foundation of knowledge, strong practical ability, preliminary research ability and innovation spirit. Conclusion Military medical equipment practical training base construction is of great significance and should be paid adequate attention to.
