摘要
通过AMESim软件,建立包含管路和制动器的闭式起升液压系统模型。在全面考虑各种影响因素的基础上,通过分析系统二次起升动态特性,重点比较制动器两种不同的先导油源对系统的影响和区别。分析结果可以为闭式起升液压系统的设计和改进提供依据和指导。
AMESim software was used to establish a simulation model of closed hoisting hydraulic system, in which pipeline model and break model were included. Considering kinds of factors, the effects of two kind of different pilot power of break on the sys- tem were compared by researching the dynamic charateristics of secondary hoisting. The research results can be of some help for the design and optimization of closed hoisting hydraulic system.
