摘要
为应对冷轧中节能减排的需求,选用纳米Fe2O3粒子,通过对其表面修饰与分散,制备了水基纳米轧制液,并通过四球摩擦磨损试验机和四辊冷轧轧机对其摩擦润滑性能进行研究。结果表明,添加粒径为20~60nm Fe2O3粒子的水基纳米轧制液具有良好的抗摩擦磨损性能,且能够有效降低轧制功率和提高带钢的表面质量。
To save energy and reduce pollution in cold-rolling, nano-Fe2O3 particles were surface-modified and dispersed to produce water-based strip-rolling liquid. Four-ball friction and wear test and four-high cold rolling mill were employed to investigate the anti-friction and anti-wear properties of the liquid. It is found that the water-based strip-rolling liquid with the addition of Fe2O3 particles of 20-60 nm has excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties and can effectively reduce the rolling power and improve the quality of the surface of the steel strip during cold rolling.
