摘要
cN0期舌癌是指临床未发现有可疑淋巴结转移的舌癌,手术切除原发灶后是否进行颈淋巴结清扫术是影响患者预后的重要因素,本文就临床cN0期舌癌手术方式的选择进行综述。
There is doubtful lymphatic metastasis in patients with clinically stage I （cNO） squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.h is the important factor for the patients whether to practice the radical neck dissection after the primary tumor resection.In this review, the author summarized the operative methods of the tongue cancer in clinically stage NO.
