摘要
在我国沿海产业转移不断深化背景下,毗邻粤港澳地区、拥有独特地域及后发资源优势的贺州,要实现生产要素充分释放和产业承接的科学对接,必须从区际产业转移的对接载体——工业园区入手,以科学发展观为指导,客观分析其工业园区在承接粤港澳产业转移过程中的得与失,结合当前粤港澳产业转移的新特征和新趋势,充分考虑自身的特色产业和资源禀赋,将产业承接与工业园区的建设和发展统筹规划,以此促进产业升级、实现经济的跨越式发展。
With the deepening of industrial transference in the coastal areas of our country, Hezhou, with its advantages of unique geographical position and post resources, must start from the industrial parks in order to attain full efficiency of production factors and scientific joint of industrial transference. With the guidance of the outlook on scientific development, it should make an objective analysis of the gain and the loss in the process of industrial transference, give full consideration to their own distinctive industry and resources, and work out an overall planning of the industrial transfer and the construction and development of the industrial parks in order to upgrade the industry and attain the economic development by leaps.
