Girdin促进人类肿瘤进展与转移的研究 被引量：1

摘要 Girdin是一种新发现的大分子蛋白质,其在调节肿瘤细胞生长与凋亡、促进肿瘤细胞侵袭与转移以及促进肿瘤血管新生中具有重要的作用。目前,关于Girdin与人类肿瘤相关性的研究主要集中在结直肠癌、乳腺癌和神经胶质瘤。进一步探索Girdin的功能及其促进肿瘤进展与转移的分子作用机制,对人类肿瘤治疗及预后评估具有重要的意义。
