摘要
通过分析孙子兵法的激励思想,结合医院管理的现状,提出综合性激励措施,以期加强人才队伍建设,促进医院更好、更快发展。
By analyzing the incentive idea of the Art of War, combined with the status quo of the hospital management, the paper proposed comprehensive incentive measures in order to strengthen the development of qualified personnel to promote the hos- pital higher, faster development.
