摘要
目的评估频域光学相干断层扫描仪Cirrus HD-OCT测量正常人黄斑区视网膜厚度的可重复性。方法同一位操作者应用Cirrus HD-OCT对27名(33眼)正常人黄斑区进行重复测量。检测区域为中心凹、黄斑内环、黄斑外环3个位置共9个象限的黄斑区视网膜厚度值;应用SPSS17.0统计学软件计算组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)和变异系数(coefficient of variation,CV)来评估Cirrus HD-OCT测量黄斑区的可重复性。结果整个黄斑区视网膜厚度的ICC和CV范围分别为0.856~0.962和3.0%~6.5%。其中黄斑中心凹ICC值最高为0.962,内环四个象限中上侧ICC值最高为0.926,下侧ICC值最低为0.853,ICC值分别为内环上侧>内环鼻侧>内环颞侧>内环下侧;外环四个象限中颞侧ICC值最高为0.916,鼻侧ICC值最低为0.856,ICC值分别为外环颞侧>外环上侧>外环下侧>外环鼻侧。CV值中,黄斑中心凹的CV值最高为6.5%,内环下侧的CV值最低为3.0%。结论 Cirrus HD-OCT测量正常人黄斑区视网膜的可重复性较高,在诊断黄斑病变早期进展方面具有较大的临床应用价值。
ObJeetive To evaluate the reproducibility of normal macular retinal thickness measurement by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography ( Cirrus HD- OCT). Methods The same operator used the Cirrus HD-OCT to measure the normal macular region in 27cases( 33 eyes). Detection area included the fovea, macular inner and macular outer with total 9 quadrant macular thickness values; SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to calculate the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and coeffi- cient of variation ( CV), and the reproducibility of the Cirrus HD-OCT was evaluated. Results The range of ICC and CV in the whole macular thickness was from 0. 856 to 0.962, from 3.0% to 6.5% , respectively. ICC in the macular fovea was the largest (0. 962 ). In the inner four quadrants, the superior'sICC values~ was the largest (0.925), the superior was the smallest(0. 853 ),the inner ICC values were superior 〉 nasal 〉 temporal 〉 inferior. In the outer four quadrants,the temporal' s ICC value was the lar- gest(0. 916),nasal' s ICC value was the smallest(0. 856), the outer ICC values were temporal 〉 superior 〉 inferior 〉 nasal. CV value of macular fovea was the largest (6. 5% ) ,while the inner superior was the lowest(3.0% ). Conelusion The measurement of normal macular retinal thickness by Cirrus HD-OCT has high reproducibility, and shows the significant value in the diagnosis of early progress of macular degeneration.
