摘要
目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)围术期的护理经验。方法对10例痔上黏膜环切术患者进行围术期护理,内容包括心理护理、术前准备、术后护理、健康教育。结果患者痔块完全回缩,术后有2例发生尿潴留,发生率为20%,有1例术后疼痛,发生率为10%,有1例术后出血,发生率为10%。结论重视PPH术前的准备,有利于减少术后并发症的发生,提高治愈率,缩短住院时间,对增加患者信心有着重要作用。
Objective To discuss the nursing experience of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） in perioperative period. Methods Ten cases of patients underwent procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids were given perioperative care, including psychological care, preoperative preparation, postoperative care, health education. Results Patients＇ hemorrhoids fully retracted, two cases suffered from urinary retention after operation, the incidence rate was 20%, 1 case suffered from postoperative pain, the incidence rate was 10%, 1 case suffered from postoperative bleeding, the incidence rate was 10%. Conclusion Pay attention to the preoperative preparation for PPH can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the cure rate, shorter hospital stays, and plays an important role to increase patients＇ confidence.
