摘要
目的通过探讨术中冷冻切片对胆囊和肝外胆管疾病诊断的价值,总结胆囊和肝外胆管病变诊断的要点、难点,提高冷冻切片诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析56例胆囊和肝外胆管病变冷冻切片诊断,对照术后石蜡切片诊断。结果本组冷冻切片诊断胆囊和肝外胆管病变的总准确率达到98.21%,其中44例良性病变的准确率为100%,7例胆囊癌的准确率为87.5%,4例肝外胆管癌的准确率为100%。结论冷冻切片诊断胆囊和肝外胆管疾病具有较高的准确性和敏感性。关注冷冻制片过程的各环节、提高诊断水平是提高诊断准确率的关键。
Objective To analyze the value of intraoperative frozen section in gallbladder and extrahepatic bile ducts diseases,and to conclude their important and difficult points in diagnosing, to raise the accuracy of frozen sections. Methods Diagnosis of 56 frozen sections of gallbladder and extrahepatic bile ducts diseases and their corresponding final diagnosis on routine sections were reviewed. Results The overall accurate rate of diagnosis was 98.21%. 44 cases with benign lesions were diagnosed correctly (100%), and 7 cases with carcinoma of gallbladder were diagnosed correctly (87.5%), and 4 cases with carcinoma of extrahepatic bile ducts were diagnosed correctly (100%). Conclusion Frozen section is valuable in the diagnosis of gallbladder and extrahepatic bile ducts diseases. Pay attention to every step of frozen processes and improved diagnostic ability is the key link to raise the accuracy.
