摘要
探讨粘胶9.8 tex赛络纱的生产工艺。阐述了利用赛络纺工艺提升细号粘胶纱质量的必要性。针对粘胶纤维特点,在各工序采取了必要的工艺技术和质量控制措施,结果纺制出质量明显优于传统环锭纺的粘胶9.8 tex赛络纱。认为:采用赛络纺工艺并根据粘胶纤维特点采取必要的工艺技术措施,可以较好地达到提升细号粘胶纱品质的目的。
Processing of viscose 9.8 rex siro yarn were discussed. Necessity of improving fine viscose yarn quality by adopting siro spinning processing was introduced. According to viscose property, necessary processing and quality control measures in each process were adopted. Finally the quality of siro spinning 9.8 rex yarn is obviously better that that of the same count traditional ring viscose yarn. It is considered that viscose quality can be improved well by adopting siro spinning processing and adopting necessary technoloav measures according to viscose fiber nranertry.
