摘要
高等职业教育人才培养的职业定向性,决定了高职院校应面向行业产业与区域的协同创新方向发展。目前高职院校协同创新的主要障碍有:一是培养模式没有完全摆脱学科本位的窠臼;二是师资队伍不能完全适应协同创新的要求;三是体制机制难以催生协同创新的内生动力。为此,要加快推进人才培养模式的系统化改革,大力加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,并建立健全协同创新的催生机制与保障体系。
The vocational directionality of higher vocational education determines the orientation of collaborative innovation of higher vocational colleges. There exist three obstacles in collaborative innovation of higher vocational colleges： firstly, the training mode of talents hasn＇t gotten over traditional discipline-based route; secondly, the teaching staff can＇t adapt to the requirements of collaborative innovation; thirdly, the system and mechanism can＇t create the endogenous power. Therefore, it should accelerate the systematic training mode reform, strengthen the construction of dual-qualification teach- ers,establish the incentive mechanism and support system.
