摘要 介绍基于PLC和力控的气密试验台检测系统。该系统利用西门子S7-200可编程控制器作为主控元件,实时检测高压容器的压力值。使用力控组态软件制作检测系统的监控画面,可以设定系统参数和显示运行情况,可按不同压力选择通路,多检测通路可同时工作并对结果进行分析。现场实际检测证明,该系统设计正确可靠。 Describes the detecting system of an air-tight tester, which detects the pressure m me mgn-pressure vessel real-timely. Siemens S7-200 PLC is adopted in the system as the main monitoring element. The monitoring screen is formed by force controlling configuration software. The parameters of system may be settled and the operation may be displayed. The working channel is selected according to the needful level of pressure. The multichannels of detecting system may work simultaneously. The site tests show that the design of the system is correct and reliable.
