摘要
用三维软件Solid Edge建立MG900/2245-GWD型采煤机调高机构三维模型,接着将其导入ADAMS建立虚拟样机的动力学模型。分析采煤机在固定摇臂倾角运行过程中调高油缸上所受动态力的情况,为采煤机调高机构设计提供参考。
Abstract: The three-dimensional model of vertical steering mechanism of the shearer type MG900/2243-GWU is established by the Solid Edge software, and then it is imported into ADAMS software to create its virtual prototype model. The dynamic force of the cylinder for vertical steering is analyzed as the shearer runs with the arm at a certain incline. The study provides a reference to the design of vertical steering mechanism.
