摘要
节能环保产业是位居七大战略性新兴产业之首的新兴产业,急需应用型高素质人才。为培养急需人才,江苏技术师范学院以学校与行业发展相结合、与企业人才需求相结合、产学研相结合的"三结合"原则为出发点,形成"学术性+技术性"、"学士+高级工"办学思想。以两个与节能环保类相关的资源循环科学与工程专业和环境工程专业为例,叙述了实践教学改革的思路,并对校外实习基地建设、师资队伍建设提出了具体措施。
Industries of energy saving and environmental protection,which is first-rank industry among seven strategic emerging industries,are badly in need of applied talents with high quality.In order to train applied talents,Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology formed thought of "academic + technique" and "bachelor + senior workers",by "three combination" principle of "university and industry development","university and enterprise talent demand" and "university and production,study,research" as the starting point.This paper describes the practice teaching reform,by an example of two specialties of resources recycling of science and engineering and environmental engineering,which related with energy saving and environmental protection.Moreover,it points out proposed measures of the construction of off-campus practice base and teaching staff.
