摘要
阐述了当今国际产业融合发展的新趋势,分析了中国煤炭产业与其他相关产业融合发展困难的现状。认为应通过放松产业规制,推动煤炭及相关产业融合发展、建立公平的市场竞争和资源市场化配置体系、加大产业政策扶植力度,为产业融合创造良好的政策和制度环境,以此为动力实现中国煤炭产业的优化升级。
This paper introduces the current development of international industry convergence,and probes into problems Chinese coal industry is confronting.It is suggested that Chinese coal industry can be optimized and upgraded by establishing flexible industrial rules,propelling the integration of coal industry with other industries,building a system of fair market competition and effective resources allocation,further enhancing industry support policy and creating better policy and environment for industry integration for the purpose of optimizing and upgrading Chinese coal industry.
