摘要
介绍了生态风险的基本概念,对气候变化进行了多角度分析,指出民族地区气候变化及其生态建设的基本关系。结论是,气候变化是民族地区生态发展的双刃剑,民族地区生态建设的基本理念应是在适应气候变化的基础上,积极寻找和创造条件,走出一条生态建设和社会发展的双赢之路。
The purpose of the article is to demonstrate ecological construction in minority areas in the context of irreversible climate change.It is emphasized that minority areas must adopt the basic strategy ＇from prevention to adaptation＇.It also presents an introduction to the basic concept of ecological risk,a multi-angled analysis of climate change and a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between climate change and ecological construction in minority areas and reaches the conclusion that climate change is a double-edged sword for the ecological development of minority areas,and the fundamental idea of ecological construction in minority areas is to adapt to climate change,and actively look for and create conditions for a win-win road out of the construction of an ecological and social development.
