间断性平衡中的高阶能力培育与技术跨越研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究间断性平衡的特征,提出了基于间断性平衡的技术变迁过程,指出以往技术演化隐喻的局限和新的研究范式应具有的四个特征:(1)关注有限理性和路径依赖导致的企业成长悖论;(2)关注"外部"带来的机遇,在不确定中寻找最优策略;(3)焦点从以往技术发展的过程转移到技术发展被"间断"的情形;(4)重视寻找替代现有技术或使之贬值的机会,及在新技术涌现时建立优势的能力。在此基础上,围绕间断性平衡中的高阶能力和赢家转换规律,提出了基于间断性平衡的技术跨越路径,强调了建设具有开放性特征的国家创新体系的价值。 By researching int the characteristics of punctuated equilibrium,a model of technological change in punctuated equilibrium is proposed and limitation of former technological metaphors is researched.This paper,points out four characteristics of new research paradigm:(1) Focusing on paradox of firm's growth for limited ration and path dependence;(2) Focusing on new external opportunities and optimal strategies in uncertainty;(3) Focusing on the punctuated in technological evolution instead of process of technological development;(4) Focusing on opportunities of substitution of existing technologies and building the competitive advantages based on the emerging technological loius.Besides,by analyzing higher-order competence and conversion of winners,it proposes strategy on technological leapfrogging based on punctuated equilibrium and emphasizing value of constructing national open innovation system.
