稀土掺杂ZnO光催化降解偏二甲肼废水研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用水热法制备稀土掺杂ZnO/La3+、ZnO/Ce3+、ZnO/Y3+纳米颗粒,用于光催化降解偏二甲肼废水。结果表明,掺杂ZnO颗粒大小均匀,直径在100~200 nm,纯度高。2 h后,对30 mg/L偏二甲肼废水的最大降解率分别为80.4%,82.3%,67.8%,降解率较纳米复合ZnO平均提高80%以上。 Zinc acetate,lanthanum ( Ⅲ) nitrate hydrate, cerium (Ⅲ ) nitrate hexahydrate and yttrium ni- trate hexahydrate were used as raw materials to synthesize ZnO/La3+ ,ZnO/Ce3+ and ZnO/Y3 + nano-par- ticles by alcohol-assisted hydrothermal process. For photocatalytic degradation of unsymmetrical dimethyl- hydrazine (UDMH) wastewater. The results showed that the uniform size of the doped ZnO particles with high purity was about 100 - 200 nm. After 2 h irradiation under ultraviolet light, the maximum degradation rates of ZnO/La3+ ,ZnO/Ce3+ and ZnO/Y3+ to 30 mg/L UDMH wastewater were 80.4% ,82.3% and 67.8% respectively,the degradation rate of nanocomposite ZnO average increase more 80%.
