摘要
新媒体文化具有草根性的价值取向、张扬感性的精神特征和互动性的传播特点。新媒体文化的正面作用主要表现在文化民生作用、政治民生作用方面;其负面作用表现为:其中存在的颓废价值取向降低了社会主义意识形态及核心价值体系的影响力,张扬感性的特质在一定程度上弱化了人的理性,语言运用方面出现的非规范性损害了汉语的纯洁性和权威性。引导新媒体文化,必须坚持社会主义核心价值观,疏堵结合,区别对待,使用激励策略。
New Media Culture is greatly beneficial to people＇s cultural and political life with its grass-rooted value orientation, sensibility expanding spirit and interactive transmission. Meanwhile, it has many negative effects respectively, such as reducing the influence of socialist core value system, weakening people＇s reason and damaging the purity and authority of Chinese. We should stick to the socialist core value system to guide the new media culture by unfettering and restricting it, making a distinction between elites and common people and adopting incentive approaches.
