摘要
分析原选矿生产工艺流程存在问题,提出应用全自动淘洗磁选机、水力旋流器及德瑞克细筛作为核心设备对原有流程进行工艺改造,最终形成全自动淘洗磁选机精选的全磁选工艺,改造后效果显著。
The problems existed in automatic wash type magnetic separator, replace the old equipment. Thus, a fully original beneficiation process are analyzed. To improve the process, the fully hydraulic cyclone and derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen are adopted to automatic magnetic separation system is formed.
