摘要
某葡萄酒庄园的建筑外墙设计要求采用大型预制混凝土复合墙板,标准板宽2m、高9m,墙板采用带装饰线条的彩色混凝土饰面,外墙主断面传热系数K=0.35W/(m2·K),墙板下部支撑在地梁上,上部与钢结构主体框架连接传递水平荷载。通过开展针对性试验研究,解决了大型墙板的结构设计、彩色混凝土装饰、保温性能、构件制作及施工安装等技术难题,保证了外墙工程质量,技术经济效果良好。
