摘要
目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)对脑膜瘤诊断中的价值。方法整理经病理或临床证实的83例脑膜瘤的临床和MRI资料,分析MRI的特征性表现。结果自旋回波(SE)T1WI为灰质等或略低信号,快速自旋回波(FSE)T2WI为等或略高信号,脂肪抑制序列(STIR)病变呈高信号,增强扫描病灶显示大多数为均匀明显强化。结论 MRI检查对脑膜瘤定位、定性准确,特殊病例增强扫描可以提供更多信息,提高诊断率。
Objective To study the significance of application of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in diagnosis of meningioma. Meth- ods The clinical and MRI data of 83 cases of meningioma confirmed by clinical or pathological examination were reviewed and analyzed for char- acteristic findings of MRI. Results Gray matter in T1WI of SE ( spin - echo) showed equal or slightly lower' signal, and it T2W1 of fast spin - echo (FSE) showed equal or slightly higher signal, and lesions of fat suppression (STIR) showed high signal, and most of enhanced scanning showed enhancement of homogeneous lesions. Conclusion MRI scanning can accurately determine the locality of meningioma, and enhanced scanning in special cases can provide more information in raising the diagnostic rate.
