摘要
以Zn-Al-NO_3^--类水滑石为前体,采用返混沉淀法制备了丙烯酸柱撑类水滑石,将其用于吸附废水中的Cu^(2+)。实验结果表明:当初始Cu^(2+)质量浓度为80 mg/L、丙烯酸柱撑类水滑石加入量为40g/L、废水pH为6、吸附时间为2.0 h时,丙烯酸柱撑类水滑石对Cu^(2+)有较好的吸附效果,在此条件下废水中Cu^(2+)的吸附率高达95.31%;丙烯酸柱撑类水滑石对Cu^(2+)的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附模型。
The acrylate-pillared hydrotalcite-like compound was prepared by reprecipitation process using Zn-Al-NO3-HTLC as precursor, and was used for Cu^2+ adsorption from wastewater. The experimental results show that: When the initial Cu^2+ mass concentration is 80 mg/L, the acrylate-pillared HTLC dosage is 40 g/L, the wastewater pH is 6, and the adsorption time is 2.0 h, the adsorption effect of acrylatepillared HTLC to Cu^2+ is good with 95.31% of Cu^2+ absorption rate; The adsorption isotherm accords with Freundlich model.
