摘要
当前在职业生涯教育越来越受到各高校和大学生重视的背景下,高校德育工作者必须与时俱进,积极发现、善于挖掘和利用职业生涯规划中的隐性德育资源,以实现德育方法途径的多样化,推动德育工作的创新发展。
Career planning education is gradually paid attention by colleges and universities currently.The moral educators should actively find and explore recessive moral education resources in career planning education,in order to realize a greater diversification of the method of moral education,and promote innovation of moral education.
