摘要
目的建立测定普卢利沙星中乙醇、乙腈、正己烷、三氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、二氧六环、甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲苯残留溶剂的顶空气相色谱法。方法以二甲基亚砜为溶媒、氮气为载气,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为250℃,在DM-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱上,应用程序升温,进行了各组分检测。结果各组分完全分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.995 5),平均回收率为98.50%~99.99%。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于普卢利沙星中多种残留溶剂的测定。
Objective To establish a headspace GC method for the determination of ethanol, acetonitrile, n - hexane, trichlo- romethane,tetrahydrofuran,dioxane, methylbenzene, N, N - dimethyl formamide, xylene in prulifloxacin. Methods The solvent was dimethyl sulfoxide and the carrier gas was nitrogen. The injector temperature was 200 ℃, and the detector temperature was 250 ℃. The analytical column was DM - 5 capillary column ( 30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm ) . The column temperature was pro- grammed raised,and all the residual solvents were determined. Results Each constituent could be completely separated with good linear relationship( r≥0. 995 5 ) and the average recovery was 98.50% - 99.99%. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate, sensitive and repeatable, it can be used for the determination of many residual solvents in Prulifloxacin.
