摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,多学科交叉融合、综合化的趋势日益增强。因此,如何培养出高质量的"复合型"人才已是摆在高等职业教育面前的十分突出的问题。本文主要从计算机与管理学科相结合的技能应用型人才的培养目标、教学内容和课程体系等入手,探索和研究具有特色和竞争力的"复合型"人才培养模式。
With the rapid development of science and technologies,the multiple disciplines have a strong tendency to be merged and composite.Thus,how to develop high-quality composite talents has been a very prominent issue in the field of the vocational education.In the present article,the training objectives,teaching contents and curriculum system of the skilled and applicant talents based on the computer and the management have been mainly paid attentions,and the training models of the distinctive,competitive and composite talents have been explored and studied.
