摘要
以蓖麻腋芽为外植体,研究了不同激素配比对外植体分化、芽增殖及生根的影响,以期为蓖麻离体快繁体系的建立及重要材料的离体保存提供重要依据.结果表明:起始培养、增殖培养及生根培养的最适培养基分别为MS+BA 0.6mg/L+IAA0.5 mg/L;MS+BA 0.3mg/L+IAA0.2 mg/L;1/2MS+IBA0.8 mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+活性炭0.5mg/L.
In order to provide the basis for the establishment of in vitro propagation system and preservation of important materials in castor bean, effects of different hormone combinations on expIant differentiation, shoot propagation and rooting, were studied with field buds as explants in this research. The results showed that: the optional initial medium, proliferation and rooting medium was MS + BA 0.6mg / L + IAA0.5 mg/L, MS + BA 0.3mg/L +IAA0.2 rag/L and 1/2MS + IBA0.8 mg/ L + NAA 0.Smg / L + active carbon 0.Stag / L, respectively.
