摘要
目的:探讨酒精性肝硬化患者血清TGF-β1水平与脂质过氧化的相关性。方法:应用放射免疫分析和化学法对36例酒精性肝硬化患者进行了血清TGF-β1和SOD、MDA检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:酒精性肝硬化患者血清TGF-β1、MDA水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而血清SOD水平又非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。血清TGF-β1水平与MDA水平呈正相关(r=0.6138,P<0.01),而与SOD水平呈负相关(r=-0.3784,P<0.01)。结论:检测酒精性肝硬化患者血清TGF-β1和SOD、MDA水平的变化对于了解病情、观察疗效和病后判断均具有一定的临床实用价值。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum TGF-β1 and SOD, MDA levels in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods Serum TGF-β1 (with RIA), serum SOD,MDA(with chemistry) levels were measured in 36 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis and compared with 35 normal healthy controls. Results Serum TGF-β1 ,MDA levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P 〈0.01 ). But serum SOD level was markedly lower(P 〈0.01 ) ,serum TGF-β1 level was positively correlate with MDA level(r =0.6138,P〈0.01),serum TGF-β1 level was negatively correlated with SOD level(r= -0.3784,P〈0.01).Conclusion Changes of serum TGF-β1 , SOD, MDA levels might be of certain clinical value for mornitoring therapeutic effects and prognosis in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis.
