摘要
对某冶炼厂转炉常见机械故障进行分析。通过持续的技术装备创新,加强对常见机械故障的控制,使其炉况更加稳定。提升了吨铜能耗、耐火材料损耗、渣含铜等主要冶炼技术经济指标水平,延长了转炉使用寿命。
The common mechanical failures of converter furnace in a Smelter were analyzed. The convert furnace works with steadier conditions on the basis of equipment innovation and effective addressing of common mechanical failures. The main technical and economic indexes, including energy consumption of per ton copper, consumption of refractory material, copper in slag, were improved. The service life of con- verter furnace is prolonged.
